If you are a guest in one of our programmes, if you want to visit your VRT-colleague or if you need to deliver goods: you can use the following routedescriptions to our main office at the Auguste Reyerlaan.
Routedescription by car
From Leuven/Luik:
- Take the E40 direction Brussels.
- Keep following Brussels (do not take a right onto the Brussels Ring).
- At the end of the E40, take the far right lane into the Reyers Tunnel, direction Meiser.
- As you leave the tunnel, move immediately into the far right lane. You will now see the VRT complex on your right-hand side.
- Keep driving straight ahead until you have passed the tower, then turn right into the Karbiniersplein.
- The entrance to the VRT is 50 metres ahead of you on your right-hand side.
- The visitors’ car park is to the right of the entrance.
- After parking your car, report to reception.
From Antwerp, via the A12:
- Follow the A12 to its end, then follow direction Brussel-centrum.
- At the Dikke Linde roundabout follow direction Van Praet (Chinese Pavilion/Japanese Tower).
- You are now on the Van Praetlaan, follow this as far as the Van Praet Bridge.
- At the second traffic lights, go left over the Van Praet Bridge and into the Van Praet Tunnel.
- Drive straight ahead, via the Lambermontlaan and Wahislaan, until you reach the Meiserplein.
- At the Meiserplein, turn left and drive along the Leuvensesteenweg.
- At the first traffic lights, turn right into the Jules Lebrunstraat.
- At the roundabout, take a right into the Henri Evenepoelstraat.
- After 100 metres, you will see the entrance to the VRT on your left-hand side.
- As you drive through the entrance, you will see the visitors’ car park to your right. After parking your car, report to reception.
From Antwerp/Mechelen, via the E19:
- Follow the E19 to the fork Luik/Leuven – Gent/Charleroi (near Machelen).
- Follow direction E40 Luik/Leuven (keeping to the left) onto the Brussels ring road (R0).
- On the ring, take exit 4 Brussel-Luik/Leuven (near Sint-Stevens-Woluwe).
- Keep to the right and follow direction Brussel.
- At the end of the E40 take the far right lane into the Reyers Tunnel, direction Meiser.
- As you leave the tunnel, move immediately into the far right lane. You will now see the VRT complex on your right-hand side.
- Keep driving straight ahead until you have passed the tower, then turn right into the Karbiniersplein.

From Ghent:
- Follow the E40 to the Groot-Bijgaarden cloverleaf.
- Then take the Brussels ring road (R0) direction Antwerpen E19/Luik E40.
- On the ring, take exit 7a Expo/A12 and drive onto the A12.
- At the end of the A12, at the Dikke Linde roundabout, follow direction Van Praet (Chinese Pavilion/Japanese Tower).

From Koekelberg:
- At the basilica, in Koekelberg, enter the Leopold II Tunnel.
- Follow this road until just before the Madou Tunnel.
- Just before the Madou Tunnel, leave this inner Brussels ring road.
- At the traffic lichts, turn lef tinto the Leuvensesteenweg.
- Follow this until you have crossed the Meiserplein, then continue onto the Leuvensesteenweg.
- At the first traffic lights, turn right into the Jules Lebrunstraat.
- At the roundabout, take a right into the Henri Evenepoelstraat
- After 100 metres, you will see the entrance to the VRT on your left-hand side.
- As you drive through the entrance, you will see the visitors’ car park to your right.
- After parking your car, report to reception.
Routedescription by public transport
The VRT can be reached both from Brussels North Station and from Brussels Central Station.
From Brussels North Station:
- Take bus 358, 351, 318 or 410 (direction Leuven) to the Meiserplein.
- Take tram 25 (direction Buyl - Boendael) to the Meiserplein.
From Brussels Central Station:
- Take bus 63 (direction Kerkhof van Brussel) to the Plaskylaan (at the corner of the Meiserplein).

Take bus 29 (direction Hof Ten Berg) to the Plaskylaan-Diamantlaan.

Take metro line Stokkel to Montgomery and change to tram 7 or 25 and get off at the Meiserplein.
From Brussels National Airport
- The train station Brussel Nationale Luchthaven is located on floor -1 of the airport terminal.: There are regular departures to Brussels North Station where you can continue your journey by bus or tram.

From Mechelen/Vilvoorde Trainstations:
- From Mechelen and Vilvoorde you can take a local train to the station at the Meiserplein (Line 26).
