Lukaku has dream debut for West Brom

The Belgian striker Romelo Lukaku has given his career in England a real boost. The Belgian international, on loan from Chelsea, scored as a substitute as West Brom surprised Liverpool on the Premier League's opening day of play.

Lukaku played for Chelsea last season, but stayed most of the time on the bench and only had 159 minutes of Premier League football.

However, it seems as if the tables are turning for the former Anderlecht striker. Lukaku entered play after 68 minutes for WBA in the match against Liverpool, replacing Shane Long. The Belgian did well with some good efforts and also scored the 3-0.

"I hope to score a lot, but I will have to work very hard. That goes for all the strikers. I want to use my strength and speed and maybe I should become a bit more of a sly fox."
