Traditional royal ski picture session cancelled

The Belgian royal family will not have an official photo shoot on its traditional skiing holiday. The session has been cancelled due to the terror threat alert that has been put at 3 on a scale of 4. This was reported by Sunday's edition of Het Nieuwsblad.

King Filip, Queen Mathilde and their four children Elizabeth, Eléonore, Gabriël and Emmanuel have travelled to Switzerland for their traditional winter holiday. The family shots would have been taken this weekend, but the session did not take place, Het Nieuwsblad learned from a reliable source. The royal palace has not confirmed or denied the news.
