Zulte Waregem top after six games

On the sixth day play in the 2016 football season a win for Zulte Waregem sees them top the Belgian First Division. Meanwhile, there were important wins for Sporting Anderlecht and Standard de Liège (photo) that won their first match under their new manager by two goals to nil.

Newcomers AS Eupen enjoyed their second victory of the season, beating KV Oostende 2-1 on Saturday. The greatest shock of the weekend came on Friday when Waasland-Beveren beat Club Brugge by one goal to nil.
