Fire destroys warehouse near Brussels North Station

A fire destroyed a textile warehouse near to Brussels North Railway Station on Monday evening. The fire broke out in the warehouse on the corner of the Aarschotstraat and the Brabantstraat at around 7:30pm. Smoke could been over a wide area. The residents of around a dozen houses were evacuated in what is a densely-populated part of the municipality of Schaarbeek. One fire-fighter was injured tackling the blaze.
