950,000 euro’s worth of Red Bull stolen in Menen

300 pallets of the energy drink Red Bull have been stolen from a warehouse in the West Flemish town of Menen. The pallets with a total value of 950,000 euro were stolen from the LAR Industrial Estate that is adjacent to the border with France.

The Kortrijk Judicial Authorities report that the 300 pallets of the energy drink were enough to fill 11 lorry trailers. The thieves worked very efficiently and were able to load and take away their mammoth haul in around 12 hours. A criminal investigation has been launched to try and find the culprits.
