Climate and Hi-Viz protesters blockade bank and oil company

Act for Climate Justice and a group of Hi-Viz protesters have joined forces to blockade several targets including the offices of Belgium's biggest bank, BNP Paribas Fortis near the North Station in Brussels.  Employees have been left standing on the pavement.

Last night Hi-Viz protesters also started blockading storage facilities of French oil company Total in Felluy (Hainaut).  Lorries are unable to drive in or out of the plant.

This morning BNP Paribas Fortis was in the sights of protesters of Act for Climate Justice, who chained themselves to concrete barrels at the entrance to the bank.  Protests are underway at US multinational Cargill in Ghent too.
