Sporting Charleroi and KV Kortrijk top their respective Play-off II groups

With three matches still to go Sporting Charleroi now top Play-off II Group A. Despite a poor start to their Play-off II campaign a 2-0 win against Sint-Truiden on Saturday evening means the Zebras top their group. Meanwhile, in Group B, Saturday’s 2-1 win against Waasland-Beveren means that with three games KV Kortrijk is already mathematically certain of a place in the Play-off II final.

Second-placed Union doesn’t have a European license and as such would be barred from the final as it gives the winner the chance to compete for a place in the preliminary round of the UEFA Europa League.
