So who is most popular?

Belgian elections use the election list system in multi-member constituencies.  Each party presents a list of candidates to fill the available seats in the multi-member constituency.  Voters can agree with the order of the list or dole out preferential votes that could allow candidates to climb up the list and stand a greater chance of being elected.

The following table allows you to compare the preferential votes lead candidates piled up.  Please take account of the fact that some constituencies are bigger than others and candidates there have the potential to pick up more votes!
