Safety procedure triggers concern in Antwerp

1/9/31 – Antwerp fire service has been getting scores of calls about a large plume of black smoke above the port. Firefighters explain that after BASF a second plant Borealis is having to carry out a safety procedure early: gases from the installation are being burned off in a large flame.
