New Antwerp blast: link to drug-trafficking?

The fair city of Antwerp has been rocked by a new explosion.  A grenade exploded in the Guldensporenstraat in Borgerhout last night.

The explosion damaged several cars and house fronts. Nobody was hurt. Police cordoned off the street following the blast.  The army bomb disposal squad, police and forensic technicians are at the scene.

Investigators are looking at possible links to drug trafficking.  Since 2018 there have been nearly a dozen similar incidents in and around Antwerp.
