Expect more Dover sole on our plates!

18/12/19 - New fish quotas mean that Flemish fishermen will be able to catch 40% more Dover sole next year. It’s good news for Belgian trawler men.  Dover sole represents between 40 and 50% of the annual turnover.  Cod is doing less well and the quota for cod is being halved to replenish stocks.
