King continues round of consultative talks with party leaders

Belgium’s Head of State King Filip is continuing his round of consultative talks with the leaders of most of the political parties represented in the Federal Parliament. On the basis of the talks King Filip will decided on the next move in his efforts to find a way out of the political impasse that has meant that almost 9 months after the elections to the Federal Parliament, Belgium is still without a new Federal Government.

On day two of his round of consultative talks the King is meeting with the leader of the Flemish socialists Conner Rousseau, the Leader of the Francophone liberals Georges-Louis Bouchez and the Francophone greens’ leadership duo Jean-Marc Nollet and Rajae Maouane.
