Heavy thunderstorms cause local floods, buses get stuck

Violent thunderstorms swept across Belgium on Sunday - and not for the first time in recent days. The thunderstorms entered Belgium from the south and touched almost all provinces, stretching from west to east. The video above shows how parts of the city of Antwerp got inundated, with two public buses of De Lijn getting stuck. The footage below shows images mainly from West Flanders, including Kortemark and Ostend.
