Pancake plant gutted by a heavy blaze

Lipcas, a plant manufacturing pancakes in Zwevezele (West Flanders), has been destroyed almost completely by a heavy fire. The blaze probably started in one of the ovens yesterday afternoon. It took fire fighters the whole evening to contain the fire. Six families living nearby had to spend the night elsewhere as smoke had entered their premises.
