Masking no longer mandatory in hospitals

Belgian health ministers have decided to drop a general requirement to mask in hospitals. Wearing a facemask is recommended when there is contact with a patient. The health ministers have decided to base future recommendations on the amount of virus e.g. coronavirus or flu in circulation at a certain point.  Individual hospitals still have the right to introduce restrictions of their own.
